To be eligible to be a voting member of COPE, you need to have not been a member of another municipal party for the last 45 days or more, and at the time of this application, live, work, or study in Vancouver. 

You may be unable to become a member on this page if: 

1) You are not a permanent resident or citizen.

2) You don't have or can't use a credit card.

3) You have financial barriers at this time.
