The best way to support COPE is becoming a Movement Builder, or a monthly donor for as little as $5/month. 

To be eligible to be a voting member of COPE, you need to have not been a member of another municipal party for the last 45 days or more, and at the time of this application, live, work, or study in Vancouver.
