Become a Member of the Coalition of Progressive Electors (COPE)

Sign up for a recurring yearly membership in COPE. Membership fees are on a sliding scale. The suggested yearly donation is $20.

To be eligible to be a voting member of COPE, you need to have not been a member of another municipal party in Vancouver for the last 45 days or more, and at the time of this application, live, work, or study in Vancouver.

Donors must be a resident of BC and a permanent resident or citizen of Canada. Elections BC requires that individual donations during 2024 do not exceed a total of $1,370.68 for City Council and Park Board combined, as well as $1,370.68 for the School Board.
